Special Care

Our secured area is self-contained and is for those Residents who age in place and become cognitively or physically challenged. We also accept Residents for this area from the community after evaluation to ensure we can meet their needs.

Personal Care Assistance

• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Reality orientation daily
• Assistance with AM and PM dressing and grooming
• Assistance with meals and snacks
• Bathing two times a week and extra bathing as needed
• Incontinent care: changes and personal peri care

Regular Service

• Personal laundry as needed
• Escort to and from musical activities outside of area
• Special activity Program
• Three supervised, delicious meals, plus snacks, daily

Health Services

• Individualized plan of care
• Injections
• Medication
• Blood sugar monitoring
• Weight and blood pressure




Our staff are working in our special care area because they choose to do so. Our staffing/resident ratio is 1 staff member to 10 residents, 24 hours a day.

Medical and Incontinent Supplies will be the Responsibility of Each Resident.
